About GONST

GONST is an independent pop culture media. We write about music, movies, TV shows, video games and comics.

It started as a fan account about the band Ghost. It grew into an Instagram page with more than 50,000 followers, a Discord server with 3,500 members and a fanzine read by more than 10,000 people. Along the way, we interviewed artists and well-known names from music and film.

In 2026, we decided to cover more than one band.

We were already talking about movies, shows and games all the time, so we launched this site to write about all of it.

The team is eight writers, and we're all fans first. We do interviews, reviews and longer articles when a subject deserves more time. We write about things we actually care about, and we try to do it well.

GONST is independent. We don't have investors and we don't publish sponsored reviews. Nobody tells us what to cover or what to think.

Most of our articles are free to read. With a free account, you get our newsletter and you can comment on articles.

If you want to support us, you can become a Founding Member for $5 a month. You get exclusive articles, early access to our biggest pieces and a private Discord channel with the team. Your price stays the same as long as you're subscribed. The offer ends on January 31, 2027, and it won't come back.

If you have a question or an idea, write to us at hello@gonstmedia.com. We read every message.
