1. Sponsor
The GONST Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by the publisher of GONST named on our Legal Notice page ("GONST", "we"). Contact: hello@gonstmedia.com.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, X or Discord.
2. Who can enter
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that's higher, wherever this Giveaway is legal. It's void in Quebec and anywhere it's prohibited or restricted by law. GONST team members and contributors, and their immediate families and households, can't enter.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway starts on October 23, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Paris time and ends on November 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Paris time (5:59 p.m. US Eastern Time).
4. How to enter
Create a free GONST account at gonstmedia.com during the entry period with a valid email address, then confirm it by clicking the link we email you. That's it, you're entered automatically.
One entry per person. Creating several accounts, using several email addresses or using automated tools will disqualify all your entries. Becoming a paying Founding Member doesn't give you extra entries.
5. Prizes
There are three (3) prizes. Each one is a 12-month GONST Founding Membership with all its perks, worth approximately US$40. The total approximate value of all prizes is US$120.
Prizes can't be transferred, exchanged for cash or swapped for something else. If a winner already has a paid membership, we'll add 12 free months to it instead. A prize membership doesn't renew automatically after its 12 months, and you'll never be charged for it.
6. Drawing
On or around November 10, 2026, we'll randomly draw three winners from all eligible entries. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winners
We'll email the winners at the address on their GONST account within 3 days of the drawing. Winners have 14 days to reply and confirm they're eligible, which may include confirming their age. If a winner doesn't reply in time or isn't eligible, the prize is forfeited and we'll draw another winner.
With the winners' permission only, we may announce their first name and last initial on our site and social accounts.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply to their prize where they live.
9. Your data
We use the information on your account to run the Giveaway and contact winners, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you delete your account before the drawing, your entry is removed.
10. General
We may disqualify anyone who cheats or tries to interfere with the Giveaway. If fraud, a technical problem or anything outside our control affects how the Giveaway runs, we may modify, suspend or cancel it, and we'll post an update on this page. We're not responsible for emails that get lost, delayed or filtered as spam. Our decisions about the Giveaway are final.
11. Law
These rules are governed by French law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
